Everyone can agree that 2020 was a year for the unexpected. Through all the madness that COVID19 brought to our community, our team has looked for different steps we could take to help our clients continue and complete their design projects. We have conducted meetings over video conferences and helped our clients make decisions from digital presentation boards. We have even been able to send clients different kinds of samples in the mail. This way they can touch and feel the different ideas we are communicating with them in emails and over the phone.
We have often worked with our clients electronically, but rarely at this capacity. If something good has come from the need for our current approach, it is learning to communicate more broadly and with resilience.
Keeping the CSA staff and our clients safe is the highest priority. We look forward to continued good health and working with you.
Here in Western NC there is a big appreciation for nature and animals. One passion many in our community share is that of equestrian sports. This year Tryon, NC has the honor of hosting the FEI World Equestrian Games. As the games approach in 2018 we felt it would be appropriate to show how we have found many ways to reflect this passion through design and decor.
We have found many unique designs that incorporate aspects of equestrian sports and horses. Many include leather, buckles, horse images and plaid patterns. At the Fall High Point Market we saw equestrian touches in lighting, furniture, bedding and more!
We love coming up with unique solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs. In this instance we needed to bring new life to this sofa.
Instead of only adding new pillows, we also reupholstered the actual sofa back cushions. Then we added a fun assortment of custom pillows to add layers and maximum comfort.
Overall it makes the sofa much more inviting and is an easy way to add some more fun color to the room.
I needed a fall arrangement for a wedding shower. I decided to use a slice of log as the base. I then added white pumpkins, white and pale green flowers, foliage, and berries. I quickly spray painted the foliage & berries with white paint. I used clear glass thin vessels for white roses to add height.
We thought the light fixture being used in this room could use a pop of color. The fabric and paint color inspired the use of green paint color to be used on the inside of the light fixture to add color (see is highlighted of the light fixture) Stay tuned for photos of the finished project.
